If you're experiencing presentation problems with XML files on the site (EIC codes) it is generally because these require that the browser supports XML, and in particular XSL.
The Microsoft Internet Explorer browser supports XML from version 5.5 Service Pack 2,
The Netscape explorer browser supports XML from version 6.1.
If your browser does not support XML then you may download to your computer the XML file in question and use a text, document or XML editor to examine the contents
