MAVIR ZRt. fulfils the transparency requirements of the Congestion Management Guidelines (Annex to Regulation (EC) 714/2009) as follows. The interpretation of the EC requirements is based on data definitions of ERGEG Report on Transparency (CEE Region). This report takes into consideration beside the EC CGM also the ERGEG Guidelines of Good Practice on Information Management and Transparency in Electricity Markets.

Let us inform you about that according to the Hungarian Code of Commerce and Grid Code valid from 1st January 2011 adapted to the terminology of ENTSO-E's Operation Handbook Policy 1, the markets previously called Minute and Hourly are handled together as Tertiary market. Regarding the 4.1 and 4.2 reports under the subpoint Balancing, data published in the columns called Minute refer to the Tertiary market; meanwhile the data in Hourly columns are irrelevant.
